From West via 17 East
Route 17 E to Binghamton,
to Exit 4 South (the first Exit and first ramp past Kamikaze Curve.
This exit is just past where 81 goes north & 17 goes East - there
are two ramps at the same exit, both exit right - 1 goes south, 1 goes
north; stay as far right for all turns coming out of Kamikaze curve.)
Coming down
the ramp, stay as far right as possible for right hand turn onto Frederick
St. Follow Fredrick Street instructions below.
From the North via 81 South
81 South past turn
off for Route 17 West. (Road will split you take 2nd left lane and curve
left) Immediately after curve, you will move to right lane and take
Exit 4 South. Coming down the ramp, stay as far right as possible for
right hand turn onto Frederick St. Follow Fredrick Street instructions
below.
From the North via Route 12
Take Route 12 South to the signs for Route 81 South. (Entrance to ramp
is on Route 12 just before Corey's Northgate Ford and Mazda auto dealer).
Follow directions above "From the North via Route 81".
From the North East via 88 WEST
Take 88 West to Exit 1 (Route 7 or Brandywine Highway ). Exit ramp feeds
directly onto Route 7. Go straight through first light; before the second
light, Fredrick Street, will be entrance and exit ramps for Route 17
and 81. Stay in the right lane and turn right at the second light onto
Fredrick Street. Follow Fredrick Street instructions below.
From the East via 17 West and From the South via 81 North
Take 17 /
East 81 North (merged at this point) to Exit 4 South (second ramp at
this exit). Stay in right lane and turn right at the first light onto
Fredrick Street. Follow Fredrick Street instructions below.

Street Instructions
Follow Frederick Street as it winds to the right - out to the end at
Chenango Street. Turn left at the traffic light onto Chenango St. Proceed
until you see Binghamton K-Mart Plaza on your right. Continue only a
few yards past the light. Colonial Plaza is on the left between CVS
and Martin Bros. Dry Cleaning. Turn left into the parking lot (There
is more than one entrance if you miss the first one just past CVS).
ACCORD is #30 State Street, 2nd floor front, in the brick office building

From
Downtown Binghamton
From the Courthouse,
proceed west on Court Street to intersection with State Street. Turn
right on State Street. Just before the third traffic light, you will
see Colonial Plaza on your right, between CVS and Martin Bros. Dry Cleaning,
turn right into the parking lot. ACCORD is #30 State Street, 2nd floor
