Take Rte. 17 to Exit 64. Take off ramp to T intersection and turn left. When you get to the Rte. 434 turn right. Go to first traffic light and turn right onto the large bridge. You are now crossing over the river. At the end of the bridge, you want to go straight. You will have to angle slightly to the right to do this. Go l/2 block and enter first parking lot on your right. (Parking is also available on the street.) Adjacent to this lot is a brick building, which is the County Clerk's Office Building.

The office is in the basement; do not go up the steps to the main entrance. The entrance is in the front of the building on the far right side (closest to the parking lot) by the flagpole. Go down the stairs, the office is straight ahead at the bottom of the last stairway. There is an ACCORD sign above the door.
