ACCORD FAMILY COURT INTAKE PROGRAM

Representatives of ACCORD, A Center for Dispute Resolution, Inc., Family Court Intake Staff assist with preparing and filing of petitions in both the Broome and Tioga County Family Courts. Accord Petition Intake Staff are not attorneys and cannot provide you with any legal advice. ACCORD Intake Staff can assist with the following:

• Modification of Custody/Visitation Petitions
• Child and Spousal Support Petitions
• Modification of Child and Spousal Support Petitions
• Family Offense Petitions
• Violation Petitions
• Paternity Petitions
• Court Assigned Counsel Forms
• Letters of request to the Judges or Support Magistrates

These petitions can be obtained in one of the following ways:

• Both counties' courthouses have these petitions available at their Family Court's office window.
• Both counties will mail the requested petitions to you.
• Both counties have web pages that include their petition forms - family court web pages.
